President Prabowo Subianto Monday (01/20) reaffirmed the Red and White Cabinet’s commitment to working hard for the welfare of the Indonesian people and advancing national transformation as he approaches 100 days in office.
“What matters most is our intention to work hard. I am extremely proud of my team, my cabinet, for working cohesively and tirelessly. They even say that in our cabinet, there are no public holidays on the calendar,” President Subianto said in his press statement.
The President also highlighted tangible efforts made by cabinet members, who continued working even on New Year’s Eve to ensure the smooth functioning of various government operations.
According to him, these actions were aimed at achieving efficiency across several sectors.
“You see, on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, all the ministers were hard at work monitoring, not just in their offices but also on the ground. Alhamdulillah, the end of the year and the start of the new year went smoothly. Fuel was under control, food prices were stable, and, for the first time in the Republic’s history, airplane ticket prices even decreased,” he said.
On that occasion, the Head of State stressed that the Red and White Cabinet’s hard work was dedicated to delivering the best for the people.
In addition, the President expressed optimism that his administration could run efficiently and implement a meaningful transformation in development.
“We are optimistic. I have witnessed the evidence and our true potential. We will undertake this transformative development with utmost seriousness and work at an accelerated pace. We are committed to working exceptionally hard,” he stressed.
With a spirit of optimism, the President expressed his gratitude to all levels of Government for their hard work in materializing the vision of national development and transformation, adding that every policy implemented is aimed at enhancing the prosperity of all Indonesian citizens.
“Sometimes misunderstandings arise, but we address and resolve them. Our intention is to drive progress and improve the welfare of our people. It is to eradicate poverty, eliminate hunger, and enhance prosperity for all Indonesians. Everyone’s income must increase. That is our commitment,” the President remarked.
